Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · Last updated: September 13, 2026
First officially approved version of this document.
These Terms are between you and FitMyFile’s independent developer. Apple is not a party to these Terms, and your relationship with Apple remains governed by Apple’s own agreements. The developer remains responsible for the app and its support within the scope of these Terms and applicable law.
These terms govern your use of the FitMyFile app and supplement the Apple Standard EULA that applies to it. By using FitMyFile, you agree to comply with these terms and the license, without affecting any rights that cannot be waived or limited under applicable law.
Use FitMyFile only to process files you own or are authorized to use. You may not use the app to infringe others’ rights, bypass technical file protections or carry out unlawful activity. You are responsible for the files you select and for having the authority to process, save or share the results.
FitMyFile is not directed to children. A minor may use paid services or agree to these Terms only with a parent or guardian’s permission where required. An App Store age rating does not establish legal capacity to contract.
The size limit you choose is a compression target. FitMyFile does not guarantee that it can be reached or that another service will accept the result. Unsupported, damaged or restricted files, and files beyond the app’s limits, may be refused.
Compression may reduce image quality or remove some nonessential data. If you consent to converting PDF pages to images, the result may lose searchable text, links and interactive features. A processed protected PDF may produce an unencrypted result. Review the resulting file, its content, clarity and page count before use. The original file remains unchanged.
FitMyFile reports the result’s actual size and warns you when the requested limit cannot be reached, but you are responsible for reviewing the result and confirming that it is suitable before saving, sharing or relying on it. Completion reported by iOS does not independently prove delivery to the recipient or completion of synchronization by an external service.
FitMyFile includes three free results. Each result is counted once when iOS reports a successful save or share; failures and cancellations are not counted. Pro removes the free-operation limit without changing file limits or guaranteeing the requested size.
Pro is available as a monthly subscription that automatically renews until cancelled, or as permanent access purchased once and linked to the Apple Account used for purchase. Apple processes payment and displays the price, currency and subscription duration before confirmation. Launch plans do not include Family Sharing.
You can manage the monthly subscription or cancel renewal in your Apple Account settings. Purchasing permanent access does not automatically cancel an existing monthly subscription. Purchasing, restoring and refreshing entitlement status require internet access; file processing remains on device.
Use Restore Purchases to recover an entitlement associated with the Apple Account used for purchase. Refund requests are submitted to Apple and are governed by its policies and applicable statutory rights.
The rights in the FitMyFile app, its name, logo, design, software and original content belong to the app owner unless stated otherwise. The app may not be copied, republished or modified, and its identity may not be used commercially, without permission.
Users and other respective owners retain ownership of the files and content selected for processing. FitMyFile acquires no rights in them by processing them on device. Apple names, products and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Apple and any file, cloud or communication service you choose operate under their own terms and policies. FitMyFile does not control the availability of those services or how they process data.
FitMyFile may receive future updates, improvements or changes, and some features may change or be discontinued. Material changes will be announced where required, without limiting any mandatory user right.
To the extent permitted by law, the app does not guarantee continued compatibility with every file or external service. These terms do not limit any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Use the Support page for questions or problems.
We may update these Terms when the app or legal requirements change. The latest revision date appears above, and material changes will be published before taking effect where required.
For support or legal questions, email fitmyfile@steve.pub. Telegram may be used optionally for general support, but it is not an official privacy-request channel.
